1) Raw materials (Incoming QC): Identity (FTIR/HPLC), potency, heavy metals (ICP‑MS), residual solvents (GC‑MS), pesticides/aflatoxins where applicable.
2) In‑process QC: Blend uniformity, fill‑weight variance, assay, microbiology, and GMP environment records.
3) Finished product & stability: Release testing; long‑term and accelerated stability to establish EXP; COA per LOT via QR.
